Construction of Mega Individuals Competency Model in Business Environment: A Grounded Theory Approach

The purpose of this research is to explore the new practices derived from influences information technology among a certain group, i.e., “mega individuals”. Based on Grounded Theory and interviews 53 companies, which consist responses 56 domestic international founders, entrepreneurs, professional managers, partners business elites, study expounds that individuals”, who constantly develop individual attainment ability under influence ecosystem evolution, have broken traditional employment relationship. Through Theory, following conclusion can be drawn: individuals” are composed three key traits: compound ability, collaboration personal intellectual property (IP) know-hows. This takes initiative create individuals competency model” (MICM) elaborates dynamic capabilities theory interpret MICM, dedicated enriching by merging current rapid continuous changes in world promising potential individual’s perspective.
